Iamwritingtointroducethe2024CapgeminiWomeninRugbyLeadershipProgrammeandtoinviteyoutoidentifypotentialcandidateseligibletoapplyforthe2024/2025programme.
Since2018,theWomeninRugbyLeadershipProgrammehasbeenawardingscholarshipstothecurrentandnextgenerationoffemale leadersgloballywiththeaimtosupporttheirpersonalandprofessionaldevelopment,andultimatelyincreasethenumberofwomeninkeypositionswithinunions,andregional associations.
Theprogrammehasbeenverysuccessfulandwenowhave73scholarsglobally.The 2022/2023programmeculminatedinaLeadershipSummitwhichwehostedinParis,atthe RugbyWorldCupatCapgemini’sHQandUniversity.Scholarsfromallover theworldmetandparticipatedinpanels,workshopsandlearningopportunitieswithCapgeminileaders.
WithCapgemini’songoingsupportasaGlobal PartnerofWomeninRugby,theprogrammecontinuestoevolveaswemoveforwardtotheWomen’sRugbyWorldCup.Pleasefindattachedinformationrelatingtothe2024applicationandselectionprocess.

Criteria
for
applications
.Applicantsmustbeinvolvedintheirrugbyunionorregionasaboardmember, orstaffmemberorvolunteer.
.Applicantsmusthaveleadershipaspirationsanddemonstratetheir professionaldevelopmentplan intheirapplication.
.ApplicantsmustsendtheirC.V.andaletterofendorsementfromtheirunion.
ApplicationProcess
WithCapgemini,wewanttoensurethatwecontinueto raisetheprofileoftheprogrammeandmakeitasinclusiveandaccessibleaspossible.Asaresult,wehaveagreedthattheapplicationprocesswillbepromotedmorewidelytoapplicants,ratherthanjustthroughinternalchannels.WewillnowopenandadvertisetheapplicationprocessonWorldRugbywebsitesandcandidateswillbeabletoapplydirectly.
